Funeral services for Clyce Emory (Punk) (Goody) Goodrich, 76. will be 10 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church of Coolidge with interment following in Coolidge Cemetery. Rev. Larry Holden and Mr. Chris Jones will officiate. Visitation with the family will be 6 - 8 p.m. Friday night at Blair - Stubbs funeral home. Mr. Goodrich was born March 22, 1930 in Mexia to Abe and Josie McKenzie Goodrich and passed away in the Mexia hospital on February 28, 2007. He graduated high school and attended Westminster College in Tehuacana. He retired from HL & P in 1988 after 36 years of service. He served 4 years in the Marines and was former city council member in Coolidge. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coolidge. Survivors are his wife, Frances Loray Goodrich of Coolidge, sons and daughters in law: Alan and Marcy Goodrich of Mexia, David and JoAnn Stone of Groesbeck, Michael and Betty Stone of Teague, and Roger and Pat Stone of Lake Limestone; 10 grandchildren, Holly Goodrich, Hope Goodrich, Shellye and Danye Duncan, Kevin and Jennifer Stone, Rene and Ronnie Warren, Christy and Christopher Jones, Melissa Stone, Miranda and Cody Quinn, Jennifer and Michael Brooks, Shawna and Doug Thomas, 14 great grand- Children, and two sisters, Lucille Prichard of Dallas and Martha Neal of Flower Mound. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Pallbearers will be Kevin Stone, Connie Mac Hancock, Lloyd Knight, Keith Chambers, Raymond Wilson, Johnny McClinton, Tom Neal and Tommy Neal, Sr.
