Mr. Dennie DeWayne Fowler, 74, of Coolidge (formerly of Mexia) passed away March 31, 2009 in Groesbeck. Funeral services for Mr. Fowler will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel. Rev. Rick Gray will officiate with interment to follow in the Mexia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6 - 8 PM, Friday at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Bonita Fowler of Coolidge; a son, Bobby D. Fowler and wife, Phyllis of Lewisville; two grandchildren, Brandy Nicole Fowler of Tyler and Cody Thomas Fowler of Lewisville; sister-in-law, Blinda Hansen of Waco; brother-in-law, Terry Cooper of Mexia.
