In Loving memory of my best friend, my wife of 59 years, our mother, and granny. Doris Maria Paris (Barrett) born April 8, 1934 went to see her dad and mom Aubrey and Maudie Paris and reunite with her sisters Lavern Belton and Janet Ashton on this 17th day of November. She will be greatly missed by her husband Harley Gene Barrett Sr. and four children, Wyone Manes, SeLayna McAdams, Sonja Fisher, Harley Gene Barrett Jr. and her adopted son Christopher Barrett. Harley Gene Sr., and Doris were married February 14, 1953 in the old Baptist Church in Coolidge, TX, and it was the largest wedding that had been held there. She is survived by her husband Harley Gene Barrett Sr. of Coolidge, and family David and Wyone Manes of New Diana, TX, Glen and SeLayna McAdams of Fairfield, TX, Harley Gene Jr. and Glenda Barrett of Coolidge, and Christopher Barrett of Cleburne, TX. She had 13 grandchildren, Greg and Marie Conn of Louisville, KS, Dale and Shonda Manes of New Diana, TX, Brian and Chandra Barrett of Fairfield, TX, Brian and Katrina White of Longview, TX, Nicolas and Viviana Molina of Mexia, TX, Cristina Molina-Ruelas of Fairfield, TX, Michael McAdams of Fairfield, TX, Shelby Fisher of Cleburne, TX, Richard Fisher of Cleburne, TX, Conner Barrett of Cleburne, TX, Christopher and Gina Curry of Florida, George Graham of Coolidge, Michael Pierce Barrett of San Antonio, TX. She had 18 great grandchildren Tyler and Cason Conn, Makenzie and Dakota Manes, Ashley, Kaylee, Braiden and Brison Barrett, Preston and Blake White, Michelle Molina, Sebastian and Jazmyne Ruelas, Carol and Brandon Pingelton, Lee and Brennan Curry, Collin and Ashton Pierce. She is also survives by her sister Patsy Davidson of Seagoville, TX, and many nieces and nephews. I want to thank Tiffany, Sharon, Lana, Marty, Stacy, Desharie, Chaplin Larry, Chaplin Bob, and Dr. Porter and everyone involved with moms care. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Coolidge with Chaplain Larry Holden and Pastor Chuck Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow in the Coolidge cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M Monday at Blair-Stubbs funeral home in Mexia.
