Heaven gained another angel on February 3, 2015. Emily Nussbaum Fox passed peacefully at her home following a courageous battle with a terminal illness. Graveside services will be 12:00 p.m., February 5, 2015 in the Mexia Cemetery with Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating. Visitation with the family will be 5-6 p.m., Wednesday at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. Emily was born October 3, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to Claude and Joyce Hancock Nussbaum. She was an amazing, selfless, kind soul that never met a stranger. Her family was her pride and joy, especially her granddaughter, Brooklyn; spoiling her was her favorite hobby. Emily loved animals of every kind. She spent many hours talking to her bearded dragon. She also had two spoiled cats, Jeb and Bengal. Emily will forever be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Bob Fox; daughter Jennifer Walters and husband, Rich; granddaughter, Brooklyn Walters; parents, Claude and Joyce Nussbaum; and sister Claudia Starnes.Obituary
