Mrs. Eugenia Fay Campbell, 79 of Mexia passed away Saturday, November 26, 2005 in Mexia. Mrs. Campbell, a longtime Mexia resident was born May 9, 1926. She and her husband, Seth had operated several businesses in Mexia before she went to work for the Mexia State School where she retired. Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband of 61 years - Seth Campbell, her son - Leslie Wayne Campbell of Mexia and her daughter - Anita Ann Goswick of Mexia. She is also survived by her grandchildren - Kimberly Goswick, Richard Goswick, Jr., Pam Glover, Jeana McDade and Wayne Campbell, Brother - J.W. Taylor of Mexia, Sisters - Eunice Lane of Shiloh and Mary Ann Shamblin of Pt. Enterprise. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Temple Baptist Church in Mexia. The Reverend Michael Vestal will officiate and the interment will follow in the Wortham cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday evening from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
