Graveside services for Melford D. Carlile, 75, of Mexia will be 2 PM Monday at the Mexia Cemetery.
Mr. Carlile was born June 8, 1933 in Mexia to Andrew J. and Margie Walpole Carlile.
Melford was well known for his love of fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Carlile of Mexia, Son, George Carlile of Texarkana and by 1 sister.
