Funeral services for Mrs. Teshie Lucille (Roberts) Wilson, 95, will be 1 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2005 in Northcrest Church of Christ in Mexia with interment to follow in Old Union Cemetery. Mr. Larry Fletcher will officiate. Mrs. Wilson was born July 2, 1910 to Albert and Bertie Roberts in the Old Union Community and passed away on December 20 in the Haven Nursing home in Mexia where she had lived for two years. Mrs. Wilson was a devoted wife and mother. She worked and retired from the Mexia State School in 1975. She was married to Jesse E. Wilson on December 20, 1930 and they made their home in the Box Church Community, later moving to Groesbeck where the family was raised. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, one son, Connie Lee Wilson, a daughter, Martha Sue Adams, two grandchildren, Tommy Thompson and Tracy Jo Wilson and two great grandchildren, Kierstyn Rattan and Corey Hanchey. Surviving are two sons: Jackie Joe Wilson and wife, Glenda of The Colony, and Jesse Wilson, Jr. and wife, Lee of Dallas, two daughters: Jerry Lou Wilson and Jewell Kaye Wilson, both of Mexia, eleven grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, one sister: Vernell Van Dyke of Mexia and one brother, Sammy Lee Roberts of S.
