William Gene Steele, 38, passed away April 9, 2009. Funeral services for Mr. Steel will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel in Mexia. Father Ed of St. Mary's Catholic Church in West will officiate with interment to follow in the Mexia Cemetery. William was born to Clifton and Zora Turner Steele on September 1, 1970 in Hillsboro, Texas. He was employed as a construction worker. He served his country in the U. S. Army in Germany from 1990-1992 He is survived by his wife, Michelle; son, Brandon Steele of West; daughter, Tiffany Davis of West; grandchildren, Jayla Bolden and Javonte Cook; parents, Clifton and Zora Steele of Groesbeck; sister, Cassandra Deanne Steele of Groesbeck.Obituary
