Mildred Louise McKinney, 94 of Cotton Gin, Texas passed away on September 18, 2020 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Cotton Gin Cemetery in Cotton Gin, Texas with Reverend Scott Matthews officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Mildred was born August 23, 1926 in Mexia, Texas to Graves and Mattie Clyde Shelton. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Herbert Shelton and William Shelton, Sr. and sister, Marie Hodge. Mildred is survived by her son, John McKinney & wife Stacy of Cotton Gin; grandsons, Brandon McKinney & wife Shannon of Waco and Eric McKinney of Cotton Gin; great-granddaughter, Andie Michelle McKinney of Waco; nephews, Robert Shelton and William Shelton and niece, Sheri Shelton Payne & husband William.
