Sandra "Sandi" Jordan

Sandi Jordan, age 60, of Pilgrim, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 in Cuero, Texas. She was born January 9, 1957 in Durango, Colorado. Sandi was a member of the Pilgrim Presbyterian Church and was an avid animal lover. She married Kent Jordan in Pilgrim, Texas on February 24, 1984. She was preceded in death by her father, Macky Joe Montgomery; a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Conaway; grandparents: Maudie Donaldson & John Donaldson, Homer Burnett, Jess & Lou Ollie Montgomery; aunt, Billi Montgomery; Marsha Triplet and James Burns. Sandi is survived by her husband of 33 years, Kent Jordan; children: Shawn David Benoit (August), Dusti Jordan-Taylor (Aaron Bales), Mattie Jordan-Ginoble (Daniel); seven grandchildren: Sadie, Tyler, Aiden, Kaylee, Connor, James, and Aveline; her mother, Marjorie Lee Burnett; her brother, Andy Hyatt and his sons, Nathan and Tommy; several nieces and nephews; as well as other loving family and many friends. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon with Chaplain Leo Sharron officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service Thursday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
