Lois Satterfield Banzet passed away peacefully at the Community Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas on Jan 2, 2020, at the age of 92. Lois was born on Dec 24, 1927 in Texon, TX to Clinton and Gertrude Satterfield. She grew up in Texon, TX and graduated from High School in Big Lake, TX. Lois married Norman Banzet on Oct 5, 1973 in Andrews County, TX. Lois was a loving wife, mother, aunt and great aunt who devoted her life to her family. She will be greatly missed for her unique sense of humor and immense care for others. Lois is survived by her sons, Noah “Brad” Lester and Larry Lester; her nieces Phyllis Roberts, Carla Ramsey, Carolyn Magill, Sandra Mock, Judy Hopkins; and nephew, Steve Satterfield; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Mike Lester; her husband Norman Banzet; her sister, Corrine Newbrough; brother Monroe Satterfield; and her parents, Gertrude Satterfield Doak and Clinton Satterfield. The family wishes to express their sincerest thanks and gratitude for the staff who lovingly cared for Lois at the Senior Care Center in San Angelo, TX.
