Melba Sue Wiseman returned to her Creator on January 9, 2020. She was born on February 3, 1949 in San Angelo, Texas to Louis Davis and Virgie Buchanan Davis. Sue loved her family and loved visiting the ocean and being on the beach. Melba, who was better known to everyone as Sue. She was blessed to have six wonderful children in her life, Thomas Wilson (wife, Birgit) of Benbrook, Texas, Paul Wilson who preceded her in death (wife, Rhonda) of Columbus, Georgia, Timothy Wilson (life partner, Bob Merat) of Sharon, Pennsylvania, Jeremy Wiseman ( husband, John Chappa) of San Angelo, Texas, Edna Smith (husband, David) of Mesa, Arizona, and Josh Makowsky of San Angelo, Texas. Sue was preceded in death by her one true love, Wayne Makowsky. Sue leaves behind ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved fur baby, Sid. Sue always had a smile and a hug for everyone. Her presence in the lives of those she embraced will be greatly missed. Friends and family are invited to gather for a formal viewing on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 6-8 pm at Shaffer Funeral Home in Grape Creek, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Shaffer Funeral Home's Pioneer Chapel.
