Lorenzo Martinez Fraga Waco, Texas Obituary

Lorenzo Martinez Fraga

Lorenzo Martinez Fraga, 90, of Waco passed away June 14, 2020. He was born September 4, 1929 to Pedro Fraga and Pauline Martinez in Marlin, Texas. Lorenzo Fraga; otherwise known as K, guelo, brother, son and dad was someone that could never deny anything to anyone. Family was overall his objective and we always knew the one we could count on to be patient for games, fun and love. We played dominoes, colored books, pet dogs, fished and when we needed to get away, there was always that trip to McDonald’s. He picked us up from school, loaned us much of what he had in his wallet, ate most of our Easter eggs, carefully and joyfully wrapped our Christmas gifts, and most important of all, made us feel an incredible love that nobody else was patient enough to provide. He was our father, grandfather, brother, and best friend…. On June 14th he became our hero and the angel that will watch after us until we meet again. We will keep you always in our hearts. Lorenzo is survived by his wife, Maria; children, Gracie Shelton, Irma Martinez, Joe Aruajo; grandchildren, Fernando Martinez Jr., Riva Dawn Hart, Magdalena Martinez, Mariela Martinez, Moses Fajardo; great-grandchildren, Gracie Jane Hart, Jaylen D. Hart, Mark Anthony Andrade Jr., Aubrey Lopez, Raymond Lopez IV, Abel Araujo Jr.; siblings, Charlie Fraga, Jim Fraga, Pete Fraga, Richard Fraga, Pauline Stanley, Ruth Bloxsom, Mona Hernandez, Rosie Fraga, Lydia Fraga, Tina Fraga, Frank Fraga, Margaret Pranka; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
