Robert Lowe Spanish Fork, Utah Obituary

Robert Lowe

Robert (Bob) Marlin Lowe passed away on Saturday, November 17 in Nephi, Utah. He was born in Provo, Utah to R. Marlin Lowe and Dorothy Dee Olsen Lowe on June 2, 1955. Bob loved everything outdoors, and loved to share his knowledge with his siblings, nephews, nieces, and anyone interested. He was a miner, master craftsman in woodworking, and excellent at lapidary gemstone shaping. He also loved to hunt, fish, rockhound, and pan for gold any chance he could. He was a talented artist, and loved building, remodeling, restoring, and creating new things. Bob was an amazing guitarist! He could play anything he heard, and wrote many of his own music. He played in many local bands in his younger years, and played in many family gatherings. His most favorite thing to do was to be with family around the campfire, jamming on his guitar, while the whole family sang our favorite campfire songs until the wee hours of the night. We will miss him terribly! Our family would like to send a heartfelt “Thank You!” to all of the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist, and staff of Central Valley Medical Center for the loving care they gave Bob! Bob is survived by his mother, Dorothy Lowe, sibling Cindy (Robert) Finlinson, Heidi (Cory) Davis, Trina (Brian) Brunson, Rodney (Tracy) Lowe, Brenda (Kelly) Marsh, Jodi (Shawn) Sullivan, and several nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his father, R. Marlin Lowe and great niece Kailie Mae Dennis. Graveside services will be held December 1, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, 400 E. Evergreen Drive, in Springville, Utah. In the event of bad weather, services will be held at Legacy Mortuary, 3595 N. Main Spanish Fork, Utah.
