<p>Andy McDonald</p><p>Essex Junction,</p><p>Andy McDonald, age 75, passed away from Alzheimer’s on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Aston Park, Asheville, NC surrounded by his loving family.</p><p>He was the son of the late Eleanor “Pegg” and Milo F. McDonald Jr. He was also preceded by his brother John B. McDonald of Demarest, NJ. He is survived by his beloved sister Eleanor Rauch of West Palm Beach, FL, son Eric C. McDonald of Marshall, NC, daughters Becky E. McDonald of Esslingen, Germany, Alice P. Kuhn of Markgröningen, Germany, grandsons Niklas G. Linder, Owen K. McDonald and Trevor N. McDonald and special friend Charles Erdelyi.</p><p>After 15 years of living mainly in Switzerland and Germany, Andy moved to Essex Junction, VT in 1984, the state of his beloved grandparents. He worked for IBM in various places in the US, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany for 27 years. The Essex Junction Parish was an important part of his life. He loved gardening, hiking, playing piano and enjoyed frequent trips on the ferry across Lake Champlain.</p><p>A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church, Essex Jct. Inurnment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the family lot in Lincoln-Noyes Cemetery, Greensboro. The family invites you to share your memories and condolences by visiting www.awrfh.com.</p>
