Heather Anne Dvorak- Carstairs August 31, 1970 – March 21, 2012 Heather resident of Vermont since 1994 passed away from this world at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vt on March 21, 2012 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Heather had previously lived in Cape May, NJ and graduated from LCMR in 1988. Many people in Burlington, Vt know her from the many years she was manager of Borders book store. Heather was the beloved Mother of Rebekah Carstairs, Brodie Carstairs, Quinn Carstairs, Tobias Fredette and Emma Fredette. She will be forever missed by her children as well as many other children in the area who knew her and called her Mom. Heather also leaves behind her mother, Sharon Dvorak, father, Gary Dvorak and her Step-mother, Linda Dvorak, as well as a brother, James Dvorak. Heather also leaves behind her step-sisters, Melissa Lynch and her partner Chris Plant, Jenny Lynch and her step-brother Mark Lynch. She leaves behind many loving relatives and friends. Heather touched and changed the lives of many people in the forty-one years we were gifted with her presence. We will be forever changed by her absence. Heather now walks in the world of Spirit with her beloved brother Joseph. Heather, you leave a void in our lives and yet you fill our universe with the brightest of light. A Memorial and celebration of her life will be held at the Elk Lodge, 925 North Ave., Burlington, Vermont from 2pm – 6pm. On March 27th, 2012. Another service will be held in Cape May, NJ on June 18, 2012 at Sunset beach when her ashes will be placed into the water she so dearly loved.
