Jamie Michelle Brunell, 29, of Berlin, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at University of Vermont Medical Center. Born May 19, 1988 in Berlin, the daughter of James Brunell and Brenda Partlow (Davis). Jamie attended Union Elementary, Montpelier Middle, Montpelier High School and Spaulding High School. She lived in NH for a time and was a chair person at Dover Moose women’s chapter 567 on the youth board. She loved camping and fishing and spending time with her nieces and nephews.In her short life Jamie touched the lives of many people. She was full of life and loved to laugh and enjoyed helping others. Jamie loved people and rarely met a stranger and she always tried to see the best in others. Jamie is survived by daughters Issabelle Brunell and Savannah Johnson; partner Donnie Johnson; mother Brenda and her partner Dwayne, of Berlin; father James and his wife Kelly of Danville, VA; sister Tabatha Patnoe-Burris and her husband Stephen of Midland, TX; sister Bambi Patnoe and her partner JD of Kansas City, MO; sister Brandie Brunell and her partner Greg of Northfield Falls, VT; brother Matthew Demar and his partner Danielle of Berlin, VT; nephews Alexander, Jamend, Brandon, Nathaniel, Isaac, and Logan; and nieces Shyler, Kaycee, and Grace. She is also survived by step-brother Thomas Partlow and step-sisters Jennifer, Jessica, and Samantha Partlow. Jamie is also survived by multiple cousins and various other family members. Jamie was pre-deceased by her grandmother Alice Spaulding and her aunt Linda Sanderson. A celebration of Jamie's life will take place at a later date to be determined by the family.
