Kenneth Baizley, 97 of South Burlington VT, passed away Tuesday October 27, 2015 in Pillsbury North Gazebo Apartments, South Burlington VT.
He was born on October 12, 1918 in Muncton, NB CA to Fred and Alma Baizley. He graduated from Scarborough High School in Scarborough ME, following his service in the army as a cook during WWII. He worked for New England Telephone / AT&T for over 30 years. He was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Beulah chapter #5 in Westbrook Maine. He loved helping out with whatever needed doing for family, friends and anyone in need. He often helped with Habitat for Humanity and was very active in the Methodist church in Springhill FL. He enjoyed any kind of work, especially if it included climbing poles or trees. He loved children, dogs and gardening.
Ken is survived by his loving wife Aimee Hutchins Baizley; 5 children, Kenneth Jr and his wife Doris, Don and his wife Beverly, Susan (Darlene) Jolly, Kathy Lombard and Arnold and his wife Paula, step son Bruce Rand and his wife Bonnie, several; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a very supportive and loving Hutchins step family and one sister Iva Johnson. He was predeceased by 3 brothers; Ralph, Vaughn and Aubrey and 2 sisters; Ruth Libby and Beulah Emerson and grandson Eric Jolly.

Visiting hours will be 5:00-8:00pm at the A.W. Rich Funeral Home in Fairfax VT on Friday, October 30, 2015. Funeral services will be held at the Jericho Congregational Church in Jericho Center on the green, on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11:00am. Inurnment will be held in Scarborough Maine at a later date.
