Lorraine Garrison

Lorraine D (Brisson) Garrison of Essex Junction Lorraine Garrison, 67, passed away Thursday April 17, 2014 after fighting a long battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She was born on November 3, 1946, the daughter of Perley and Florence Brisson. Lorraine enjoyed camping with her family, watching syfy television, their dog Lucas and most of all her beloved grandchildren. Lorraine is survived by her husband of 47 years Raymond Garrison, Sr; and their four children: Tammy Garrison and her husband Ernie Pierce Jr; Ray Garrison, Jr and his fiancé Patti Hill; Tony Garrison and his long time girlfriend Venessa Rozon and Ken Garrison and his wife Amanda; seven grandchildren: RJ, Leigah, Sophia, Ken Jr, Amy, Eli and Harley; four sisters and one brother: Maryanne Pokropowicz of Massachusetts; Eugene Brisson and his wife Phyllis of Essex, VT; Joyce Root and her husband Richard of Arizona; Janice Hall of Colchester, VT and Catherine Robideau and her husband Louis of Colchester, VT. Lorraine is predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law Richard and Betty Brisson; brother Tommy Brisson; brother-in-law George Pokropowicz and sister-in-law Virginia Brisson. A gathering in Lorraine’s honor will take place on Sunday, May 25th from 11 am to 3 pm at her daughter's home in Westford. A family style cookout will start at 12:00 pm, please bring a dish to share, lawn chairs, great stories and memories of Lorraine. 36 Talcott Rd Westford, Please dress casual; if weather permitting we would like this to be an outside event.
