Luella Eileen Hill age 96 died in Burlington VT on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. She was born in Logansport, Indiana the daughter of Lorenzo and Sadie Hayward on June 11, 1919. On July 19, 1937 she married Elmer Hill in Fort Wayne, Indiana She is survived by son John (Pat) Hill, Carmel, IN, daughter Jo Ann Leedy, Essex Junction, VT. Grandsons Brian (Regan) Hill, Nineveh, IN, Bradley Hill, Logansport, IN, Steve (Leslie) Leedy, Bakersfield, VT and Eric Leedy, Milton, VT. Six great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by Elmer in 1988 and son-in-law Carl Leedy in 2000. Per her wishes, there will be no service in Vermont. A committal service and burial will take place in Indiana in the spring.
