Nettie Clydene (Schofield) Nolan Jeffersonville Nettie Clydene (Schofield) Nolan, 96 a longtime resident of Jeffersonville, passed away Saturday December 19, 2009 at Redstone Villa in St. Albans, VT. She was born in Belvidere on March 31, 1913 daughter of the late William and Maude (Townsend) Schofield. Clydene was employed at Johnson Woolen Mill for over 50 years retiring in 1993. She enjoyed Blue Grass festivals and going to lawn sales. She is survived by her step son Richard Burnor of Jeffersonville; “Grandson” Ralph Taylor of Blandford, IN; “Granddaughter” Jennie L. Demore and her husband Larry of Jeffersonville; Several nieces, nephews and cousins Including special nieces: Kathleen Stevens; Greta Ingalls; Carol Griswold and her husband David; Patricia Jennison; Special nephews: Douglas Robinson Richard Locke And special cousin Linda Berry. She was also predeceased by her husband of 32 years Harold L. Nolan on December 8, 1977; Step-son Ronald Nolan; Three brothers: Cecil Schofield; Wilbur Schofield; Clyde Schofield Two sisters: Leda Robinson; And Helene Locke. Visiting hours will be held on Monday December 21, 2009 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at A. W. Rich Funeral Home �" Fairfax Chapel. A funeral service will be held at the Second Congregational Church in Jeffersonville on Tuesday December 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Lynda Hadley officiating. A spring burial will be announced at a later date and held in the family lot in Jeffersonville Village Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Clydene’s memory may be made to the Second Congregational Church, P.O. Box 188, Jeffersonville, VT 05464. Arrangements are by John D. Workman, A. W.
