Richard Renfrew

Richard G. Renfrew died January 10, 2014 at Fletcher Allen Health Care after a brief illness. He was born in New Hampshire on April 9, 1938 son of the late Harrison & Doris (Crafts) Renfrew. He was co-owner of Vermont Engine Service and parts Manager at Maynard's Auto Supply for many years. He was an avid NASCAR fan after many years of working in the sidelines (pits) at many Stock Car Racing venues, throughout the Country and Canada. He also loved to travel with his family sightseeing and enjoying the many wonders countrywide. He is survived by his two sons Eric Renfrew of Moretown and Sean Renfrew of Florida, his sister Dianne Quebec of Fairfax, his fiancée Alice Baker of St. Albans Bay, his three granddaughters Erica, Elsa and Noa. He leaves behind Charles & Dodie Rising & Family, James & Nancy Rising & Family, Anne Rising, Tammy & Frank Baker, Nelson & Kelley Snide, Jeannette Cushing, Anne Harper, Arlan Elwood & Family, Gary & Sue Pasha, Eric Williams & Family, Trixie & Brad Meunier and extended family at Vermont Engine Service. There are many more special friends, too numerous to list. A special thanks to Upper Valley Services and staff for their ongoing love, care and support of Eric and his family. Memorial contributions may be made in Dick's memory to the Franklin County Maple Leafs, Special Olympics c/o Alice Baker, PO Box 6, St. Albans Bay, Vt. 05481.
