Scott Billow

Scott Billow of Richford Vermont died peacefully at UVM on December 30, 2017 after a brief battle of cancer. Scott was born on December 10, 1969 to Edward and Elizabeth Billow. Scott is survived by his wife Theresa Billow of Richford his brother Tony Billow and his wife Linda Billow of Sheldon, two nephews Ridge Cook of Swanton and Nathan Champaine of Highgate, a dear friend Geraldine Ryea of Richford and his mother in law Hilda Rushlow of St Albans several aunts, uncles and cousins . He is predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Billow and his father Edward Billow and a brother Danny Billow, sister Tina Marie Billow, his father in law Robert Rushlow . Scott worked for his Uncle Jim Burns in sanitary engineering. He was involved with the ROTC , he also enjoyed hunting fishing and crocheting . He enjoyed making people laugh Scott was a very loving person who will be loved and missed by many. A family gathering will be planned for a later date. Scott’s family is asking if there are any contributions please make them to a cancer center.
