Theresa Gianino Obituary

Theresa K. (Kenzvich) Gianino ST. ALBANS—Tess Gianino, 46, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at home truly surrounded by her family. She was born August 12, 1968 in Tampa, Florida, the daughter of John (deceased) and Alice Kenzvich. She attended schools in Tampa and Land O’ Lakes, Florida. Tess was the beloved wife of Bobby Gianino, to whom she was married for 25 years, mother of Amaris Gianino and Matthew Gianino, youngest sister of Debbie Hebert and Roxanne Boston, sister-in-law to Len Boston, Lisa Whale, and Bill Whale, aunt to Shawn Hebert, Jonathan Boston, Nicholas Keeney, Andrew Keeney, Caitlin Whale, and Devin Whale, daughter-in-law to Linda Gianino, and granddaughter-in-law to Wallace St. Clair and Helen St. Clair (deceased). Bobby and Tess married on March 18, 1990. They traveled in Europe for two years while in the military then returned stateside to Eglin Air Force Base where they attended church at The Rock of Panama City. In 1998 the military moved them to Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, where they attended and were part of the music ministry at the Lighthouse Prayer Center (now Fallspointe Church). In 2000, the Lord orchestrated events in their lives to move them to Vermont where they became an integral part of The Rock of Greater Burlington. They resided in Swanton, Fairfax, and St. Albans, Vermont. Though the doctors said it was a "one-in-a-million chance", their miracle daughter, Amaris, was born in 2003. Then, their “one-in-a-trillion chance” miracle, Matthew, joined them in 2011. After a fight of three years against cancer by an incredible, mighty woman of God, Tess’s natural life ended on April 1, 2015. The burial service will be held Friday, April 24th at 10 a.m. at The Florida National Cemetery of Bushnell, 6502 SW 102nd Ave. Bushnell, Florida. All who knew Tess and Bobby and their families are invited. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Ballet School of Vermont, 12 Fairfield Hill Rd., St. Albans, VT 05478. Ballet has been a large part of the family’s life. Amaris began attending at four-years-old and Tess was active in helping with the classes and performances for the past eight years.
