Maurice J. Bouffard, 88, passed away after a brief illness on January 17, 2019, at the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester, VT with his family by his side. Maurice was born in Winooski, VT on April 1,1930, to the late Henry & Lena (Campbell) Bouffard.

Maurice is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Jacqueline, his six children, Deborah and Herb Caise, Paul and Vicki, Gary and Hollie, Jill and Kirk Lang, Scott, and Jeffrey and Pamela, 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Maurice also leaves a sister Jeannette Kane and brother Richard and his wife Nancy, sisters-in-law Marlene Travis and Gail Pouliot. He was predeceased by his son Craig, sisters Blanche, Hortense, Ruth and brothers Armand, Raymond, Roland, Henry, and Robert. Maurice will be greatly missed as he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Per Maurice's request, there will be no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St Francis Xavier Church in Winooski on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
