SAUNSAYRAY "SUNNY" EAGLE - SHELBURNE - Saunsayray "Sunny" Eagle, 56, died Jan. 18, 2015, of natural causes. Sunny was a devout Christian and prayed long hours for the welfare of her friends. She loved animals, especially dogs and horses. She was especially close to her mother, Linda Gomo, who predeceased her; and Evelyn Gregoire, who was like a mother to her. She is survived by her close friends, Grace Cleary, Mary Lou DeCosta, Elaine Day, and Dianne Shand. We will all remember her words at the end of every phone conversation: "God bless you. I love you." A memorial service will be held at Community Bible Church, 2025 Williston Road, South Burlington, on Feb. 7, 2015, at 11 a.m. Contributions in her name can be made to any Humane Society.
