Mr. Walter Miffin Barnett, age 95, of Covington, died Thursday, March 8, 2018. He was the husband of Constance Barnett. Mr. Barnett was born October 13, 1922 in Glen Wilton. He was the son of the late Uriah Barnett and Alice Newton Barnett. He was employed by Snead Buick as an Automatic Transmissions Mechanic. Mr. Barnett served our country with the U.S. Army during War World II. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 16, 2018, at Loving Funeral Home with Rev. Johnnie Mize officiating.
