Rebecca Marshall Ball, 80, of Rosedale, Virginia, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012. Born in Russell County, Virginia, on July 6, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Almarine Bud Marshall and Rosa Griffith Marshall. She was of the holiness faith.

In addition to her parents, her husband, June Ball; two grandsons and several brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

Survivors include one sister, Renda Ball; children, Lonnie Ball and wife Donna, Timmy Ball and wife Kim, Darlene Ray and husband Sherman, Randall Ball and Shirley Ball; thirteen grandchildren, Justin Ball, Josh Ball and fiancée Amelia Holmes, Madison Ball, Ethan Ball, Travis Peck and wife Heather, Kris Peck and wife Ashley, Mark Peck and wife Paula, Derek Ray, Becky Ann Joyce and husband Robbie, Junior Ball and wife Tina, Cameron Ball and wife Ashley, Jessie Adams and Missy Moats and seven great-grandchildren, Jacob Peck, Braxton Ball, Alexius Peck, Aiden Peck, Lucas Peck, Morgan Peck and Caileigh Ball.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9, at Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Rick Whitt officiating. Interment will follow at Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon.

The family will receive friends on Sunday after 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
