Jessica Dove Williams passed away unexpectedly on December 5th, 2019, in her home in Manassas, VA. Born September 18th, 1989 in Reston, Virginia, to her mother Kim Weimer (Stanley). Jessica came into this word a beautiful soul, with a quick smile and contagious laugh. She loved everyone she met, bringing joy to all those around her. She grew up in Manassas, attending Osbourn High School, where she was a cheerleader, and softball player. After high school, she worked at various restaurants, and as the Banquet Manager at Virginia Oaks Golf Course in Gainesville. Jessica loved music and dancing, even winning a talent show in high school for her dance routine. She loved animals, and was surrounded by cats and dogs, at home, to love on daily. In 2012 Jessica gave birth to her beautiful daughter, and twin/mini-me, Layla Dove Padgett. Layla brought Jessica more joy than she could imagine. She loved her with all her heart, and preferred spending all of her free time with Layla, when she could. She shared her love of music, dance and animals with Layla, leaving her pets for Layla to love in her absence. Jessica will be missed by many, but especially by her mother and daughter. Rest in Peace Jessica. We miss you. Jessica is preceded in death by her Grandparents Myrna Dove Strickland, Peter D. Weimer, and Evelyn “Dee” Williams. Jessica is survived by her daughter Layla Dove Padgett, mother Kim Weimer Stanley, father Mark S. Williams, brothers Mason Wade Stanley and Cole Wyatt Stanley, and grandfather Harold “Hap” Williams. A celebration of Jessica’s life will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Nokesville Church of the Brethren, 13002 Fitzwater Drive, Nokesville, VA 20181.
