Mr. Charles Everette Vaughan, Jr., 51, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and formally of South Hill, passed away on March 28, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Loretta Vaughan, son Brandon, daughter Ashley, brother Derrick, sister-in-law Michelle and nieces Lauren and Madison. He is also survived by his companion Rene Boone. Mr. Vaughan was a Life Member of Southside Rescue Squad, he worked in the Emergency Management field for the past 35 years and was a first responder at the Pentagon during 9-11. He was the current EMS Director at Palm Beach State College. A celebration of life service will be held at 2pm on Saturday,. April 11, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home.
