Dorothy Jennings Owens, age 84 died peacefully at her home in LaCrosse on Sunday, January 17, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Emma Sue and Johnnie Van Jennings and was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Fuller. She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Blue (Robert) and Linda Tripp (Dewey); two sons, Sonny Marzo (Faye) and Randy Owens (Pat). Also surviving are three sisters, Esther Scharf and Ercelle Tudor both of LaCrosse and Peggy Stoklas of Charlotte, NC; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. There will be a memorial service 7 pm Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the Sanford Memorial Baptist Church, Brodnax.
