Mrs. Sarah M Walters, age 73, of Brodnax died Saturday, May 30, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Tom Walters of the home; 3 sons, David R. Walters and Michael S. Walters of Anchorage, Alaska and Ronald S. Walters of Kennedy, Texas. Also surviving is a brother, William S Morrison of Stokesdale, NC; two sisters, JoAnn M Pilcher of Norfolk and Rebecca Wandling of Carrolton, VA; six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by a son, William T. Walters. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 7pm on Thursday, June 4th at Sanford Memorial Baptist Church by Rev. John Alford.
