Paul William Kiddy, 63, of Winchester, died Friday, October 6, 2017 at his home. Mr. Kiddy was born March 12, 1954 in Frostburg, MD; the son of Elaine Palmer Kiddy and the late Paul Orin Kiddy. He was a manufacturing supervisor for O’Sullivan . Paul attended the Winchester Church of God. He married Phyllis Rae Kaylor on October 17, 1985 in Front Royal, VA. He is survived by his wife Phyllis of Winchester; a son, Keith W. Kiddy, of Frederick, MD; two daughters, Lora Williams and husband, Darren, Frederick County, VA and Krystal E. Kiddy, of Winchester, VA; a sister, Terry Lupton, and husband, Wesley of DelRay, WV and 3 grandchildren, Autumn and Austin Williams and Malachi Reed.. He is also survived by his mother in law, Mary F. Kaylor, of Winchester, VA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darrell Waller and Pastor Kent Woodward officiating. Burial will follow in Shenandoah Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Scott Snapp, Wayne Jobe, Ronnie Jobe, Brandon Jobe, A.J. Taylor, Garvin Fishel, Clarence Haymaker and Stephen Reed. Honorary Pallbearers will be Autumn Williams, Austin Williams, Malachi Reed, Steve Munson, William Harris and Victor Riggleman.
