Donna Davis

Donna Dee Davis, 58, a resident of Aberdeen since 1978 and former personnel manager for K-Mart at South Shore Mall, died at her home in Aberdeen on February 28, 2012. She was born on January 25, 1954 in San Francisco, CA to Gene and Neola (Lachers) Henderson. They moved to Burney, CA where Donna graduated form Burney High School in 1972. She moved to Tacoma and then to Aberdeen. In 1975, Donna met Rhys Davis and they were married in June of 1976. They later divorced in 1982. Donna loved to be outdoors camping, rock collecting, picking berries, apples and mushrooms. Donna is survived by two daughters: Tracy and husband EJ Anderson of Aberdeen and Renee and husband David Sherman Sr. of Hoquiam; four grandchildren: David Sherman Jr, Courtney Sherman, Joshua Sherman and Nathan Anderson; Father Gene Henderson of Grants Pass, OR; a brother Mike Henderson of Burney, CA; two sisters: Linda Nescher of Grants Pass, OR and Nada Rolland of Burney, CA. There will be a celebration of Donna’s life on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 1 PM in Harbor Assembly of God in Hoquiam.
