Kelly Jean Beers, 48, Ocean Shores resident and cashier at the Ocean Shores IGA, died Friday Morning, May 13, 2016 at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. Kelly was born in Santa Anna, California to Raymond and Marylinn (Schleiger) Burton. She grew up in Alaska, Montana California and Washington. She graduated from high school in Montana and then business school in Seattle. Kelly was a cashier at the IGA, she worked there for over ten years. It was during this time that she met Brad Beers and they were married September 19th, 2013. Kelly liked walks on the beach, clam digging, crabbing, fishing and traveling. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family too. Kelly is survived by her husband, Bradley Beers of Ocean Shores; her children, Scott Gann of Ocean Shores, Heather Gann, and Marlena Tolon; her three grandchildren; her father, Raymond Burton of Flathead Lake, MT; three sisters: Kim, Becky and Sarah. There will be a Celebration of Kelly’s life on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Galilean Lutheran Church, Ocean Shores at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at Fern Hill Cemetery, Aberdeen, WA.
