Lee Chesterman Obituary

Lee Roy Chesterman, 73, a nearly lifetime resident of Aberdeen, died at his home in Aberdeen Wednesday, June 28, 2017. He was born in Enid, Oklahoma June 6, 1944 and came to the Harbor as a child. He graduated from Weatherwax High School in 1962 and had been a millwright for Weyerhaeuser Timber Co. in South Aberdeen for over forty years. He had been a member of the VFW of Aberdeen and also enjoyed fishing and bowling. Lee is survived by two daughters: Cassandra and Colleen Chesterman, both of Aberdeen; two brothers: Albert and Robert Chesterman, both of Aberdeen; and also seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A brother, Oliver, and a daughter, Trina Gunter, preceded him in death. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 12:30 PM in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
