Grace Pearl Schumacher Landgraf "Tank" Grace passed away July 17, 2019 at St. Peters Hospital in Olympia, Washington. She was 59. Grace was born in Germany on October 10th, 1959 to Kent Schumacher SR. and Stanis (Grzyb) Schumacher. She was raised in Cosmopolis until the age of 11 when her family moved to Olympia. Grace resided in the Thurston County area for the remainder of her life. Gracie loved to entertain family and friends on special occasions and holidays, or no particular reason at all. She loved to cook and bake and always made sure that everybody was well fed. She was an amazing gardener. If you could plant it and it would grow, she had it in her garden. Gracie was well known for taking the fruits and vegetables from her garden and making salsa, jams and jellies, canning enough to feed an army and freely handing them out to everybody she knew. Grace was always the life of the party. Grace is survived by her father Kent Schumacher Sr. of Moclips WA.; her son Leonard 'JR" Taylor of Olympia WA.; twin daughters Brittnie Landgraf of Olympia WA. and Chelsie Landgraf of Hoquiam WA.; daughter Stephanie Landgraf of Olympia WA.; She is also survived by sisters Sheila Brett of AK. Helena Pratt Tenino WA. and Simone Sconone of Covington WA. stepsister Pam White of Cosmopolis WA.; brother Kent Schumacher Jr. of Tenino WA. and step brother Darren White of Aberdeen WA.; three grandsons and one granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews She was proceeded in death by her mother Stanis Walker of AK. stepmother Darlene Schumacher and stepbrother Kevin White. Grace also had many friends that she considered family. A private Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date
