Roger Erickson

Roger D. Erickson October 19, 1953 – June 14, 2019 Rock Island, Road Roger D. Erickson, 65, of Rock Island, WA, formerly of Bowman, ND, passed away Friday morning June 14, 2019. Roger was born on October 19, 1953, to Marion and Lucille Erickson. Roger was born in Hettinger, ND and attended grade school in Scranton and Ludlow and graduated high school from Bowman. Roger lived and worked in many different places throughout his life such as Alaska, Washington, Hawaii and Montana. Roger was an avid golfer throughout his retirement and hardly missed a day during the summer. He also loved shooting, hunting and fishing in his free time. Roger will be remembered for his sense of humor, stubbornness, and willingness to help others. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Kelsey Erickson; father, Marion Erickson; sisters, Sandy Steckler and Cindy Erickson; brother, Danny (Jo) Erickson; a niece, Sarah Erickson; and nephew, Sean Erickson. He will be greeted in heaven by his mother, Lucille Erickson; brother-in-law, Duane Steckler (Steck); and good friend Al Williams.
