Billy Dillard

Billy R. Dillard, 91, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017. He was born on May 18, 1926 in Calico Rock, Arkansas and moved with his family to Washington in 1944. Billy served in the Army Airforce from 1944 to 1946 and received an honorable discharge. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth; father, Johnny and sister, Marie. Billy is survived by his wife, Connie; his brother Dean and sister, Faye. Also, nieces and nephews, Linda, Judy, Renae, Jomy, Scott, Doug and Deena. A graveside service will be held at the Wenatchee City Cemetery on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., with Chaplain Scott Langager officiating. Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
