Judith Lorraine “Judy” Hulsey, 78, a resident of Wenatchee, passed away September 30, 2017, at Central Washington Hospital. She was born in Seattle, WA on March 25, 1939, to Dorothy Vivian Fritsche and Ralph Eugene Uhrich. Soon after, the family moved to Wenatchee, WA where she was raised and educated. Judy married Robert T. Hastings, February 12, 1955. She later married Curtis Hunsaker, November 21, 1976. On March 29, 1991, she married Richard Hulsey. Judy loved painting, crocheting and animals. She also loved to travel and enjoyed the outdoors. She worked in the apple industry and later worked for Lamb Weston for over 20 years until she retired. She then became a foster care parent until she became ill. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Scott, son-in-law, Shannon Scott, and granddaughter, Soren Scott, of Beaverton, OR: brother, Peter Korab, East Wenatchee: sister, Dorothy Willsey, Wenatchee, and two nephews Brandon Korab and Steve Willsey, along with two nieces Rachel Korab and Genny Huberdeau. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Service will be on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Telford’s Chapel of the Valley at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society. Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
