Louise Westover Obituary

Ina Louise Westover of Quincy, WA, passed away on July 30, 2017 in Wenatchee, WA.

Ina “Louise” was born in Sleeper, MO to Troy and Ethel Jennings on January 22, 1943. She married Quinn “Vernell” Westover on July 2, 1979. She was employed as a CNA for many years. She was a meticulous homemaker, loved gardening, and was an amazing cook. She also took immense pride in her children and grandchildren, as well as the numerous children she babysat throughout many years. Louise especially loved sunflowers, and could often be found outside caring for her well-groomed, beautiful yard. Many people would pass by her home and honk, commenting later on, that Louise’s rear-end was often on display.

Ina “Louise” is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two brothers, an infant daughter and grandson, and a stepson and two step-granddaughters.

Ina “Louise” is survived by her spouse, Vernell; children and spouses, Will Martin, Pat Martin-Young, Velma (Jack) Foglesong, Robert (Jodi) Timmons, and Lori (Chuck) Williamson; stepchildren and spouses, Brian (Candy) Westover, Patsy (Bruce) Brereton, and Sharon (Norm) Jones; fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren (with one more on the way); brothers, Tom Jennings and James Adams; sister, LaRayne McKinney.

At Louise’s request, there will not be a service. In lieu of flowers to the family, please plant a sunflower in her honor, or donate in her memory to a charity of your choosing.
