Randall Lockhart

Randall Leon Lockhart, 45, of Elizabeth, WV passed away July 1, 2017. He was born October 24, 1971, a son of the late John Leemon Cunningham and Sylvia Lockhart Waggoner of Winston-Salem, NC. He is survived by two beloved daughters, Tiffany and Heather Davis of Grantsville, WV; three step-daughters, Amy and Sammy Lyons of Parkersburg, WV and Taylor Watson of Elizabeth, WV; one step-son, David Lyons of Parkersburg, WV; one uncle, Dallas Lockhart of Elizabeth, WV; one aunt, Nettie Lockhart of Elizabeth; two brothers, Scott Lockhart of Palestine, WV and Stanley Lockhart of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by brother, John Lockhart of Elizabeth, WV and sister, Jennifer Conley of Elizabeth, WV. It was Randy’s wishes that no public service be held. His family would like to thank family and friends for prayers and support in this difficult time.
