Charles Hugh "Chuck" McCarty, II, 47, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the Berkeley Medical Center. Born July 29, 1969 at the RAF Lakenheath Base in England he is the son of Charles Hugh McCarty and Nancy Kay Miller Morgan. In addition to his parents, step-mother, Rebecca McCarty, he is survived by two half-brothers, Nathan C. McCarty and Nicholas D.A. McCarty and wife, Rory; nephew, Declan McCarty; two uncles, Donald B. May and wife, Sandra, Ed Miller and wife, Susan; one aunt, Delores Miller; and a number of cousins.
