Chrystal Leigh Foulk White, 43, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born August 7, 1974 in Sacramento, CA, she is the daughter of Alan Foulk and the late Jane Cody Foulk. She is survived by her children, Kayla White Creason, Christian "Chris" White, and Shannan White; three grandchildren, Braydon Creason, Braxton and Jason White; and two brothers, Keith and Kevin Foulk. She was preceded by one sister, Shannan Foulk. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
