Julia Ann Ware Hedrick, 73, of Inwood, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at her residence. Born January 14, 1944 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Ray Ware, Sr. and Nettie Mae Frazier Ware. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God for many years. Julia was the kind of person who put others first, she encouraged people with cards, and care for many folks. She is survived by her husband for over 45 years, Carl Hedrick; two daughters, Trina Ann Hedrick, Teresa Lynn Evans and husband Mark; two grandchildren, Justin Stilwell and Ricky Kerns, II; three great-grandchildren, Raeven Stilwell, Madilyn Stilwell, and Aubrey Pownell; one brother, John William Ware, Sr.; and two sisters, Mary Ware Otto and Linda Ware Stickell. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Dustin Ware, Jr. and James L. Ware. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Donivan and Pastor Arnold Brown officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
