Shirley Ann Lapp, 73, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born December 15, 1943 in Baltimore, MD she is the daughter of the late Russell Miller and Rozella Carns Miller. She is survived by three sons, Rusty, Charles, and Jeff Lapp; two daughters, Terri Funk and Debbie McFarland; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Lapp; one son, Willie Lapp; one sister, Grace Lapp; and one brother-in-law Pete Lapp. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 21,2017 at 3:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Christian Jorgenson officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. prior to service. Interment will be private.
