Eula Mae Neubert, 89 of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Plateau Medical Center. Born February 1, 1928 in Oak Hill, WV, Eula is a daughter to the late John D. Hickman and Rettie Miranda Hickman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Max Neubert; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Eula was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sandra Koss and husband Russell of Pinopolis, SC; grandchildren, Elizabeth Rennie and husband Marshall of Fredericksburg, VA, and Russell “Rusty” Koss and wife Meredith of Lexington, SC; great grandchildren, Olivia Koss, Jackson Koss, Evan Rennie, and Miranda Rennie; special sister-in-law and former Mayor of Oak Hill, Barbara Hickman; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive her. Funeral Services for Eula will be conducted at 2pm Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Randy James officiating. Entombment will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour before the services on Sunday.
