Aaron Joseph Scott Vanderhoff, 23, of Gypsy passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, May 6, 2017. He was born May 15, 1993 in Clarksburg a son of Brian Scott and Lisa Yeager Vanderhoff who survive him in Willard Community. Aaron is also survived by his two daughters, Sophia and Grace Vanderhoff whom he loved more than this world; his brother, Tyler Vanderhoff of Willard; sisters, Paige Vanderhoff of Salem; and Faith Vanderhoff of West Union; his niece, Alexis Eddy; his great-grandparents, Carol Stout of Gypsy; and Larry and Joan Williams of OH; his grandparents, Debra and Walter “Stink” Johnson of Shinnston; Debra Quinn and Richard Goodwin of Gypsy; his favorite uncle, Ronald Vanderhoff and Stacy Yeager of Gypsy; aunts and uncles, Melissa and David Miller of Oak Hill; Terri and Steve Nestor of Shinnston; Julia and John Crites of East View; Jessica Tetrick and Freddy Fazalare of Mannington; Jesse Tetrick; Jessica Yeager of Flemington; Amanda Brackett; and Sara Parks; his favorite cousin, Adam Vanderhoff as well as several other cousins; and his best friends, Allison Holt; Jeremiah Pumphrey; and David Longanetta. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Quinn; and his grandmother, Helen McAtee. Aaron’s passion was spending time with his girls, who were the light of his life. He also loved to party with his Uncle Ronnie and enjoyed listening to music. He was always his momma’s boy. The family will receive friends at Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St. Shinnston, on Wednesday, from 2-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 11th at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tim Sandy officiating.
