Charles Sullivan passed away May 3, 2013. Charles was born in New Jersey in 1935. He was a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and Fordham Law School. He married in 1957 and lived in northern NJ until the mid 1980's when he relocated to West Virginia, where he lived out the rest of his life. Charles was predeceased by his long time partner Martha Stockert. He is survived by his sisters, Pat Cummings and Mary Beth Smith, his children Carla Phoenix, Jay Sullivan and Kelly Tkacs and his granddaughters Valerie Tkacs and Victoria Tkacs.
