Eltha Agnes Potter, 93, of Weston, WV passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 in Crestview Manor in Jane Lew, WV following an extended illness. She was born in Vadis, West Virginia on December 16, 1923: daughter of the late Otis Ireland and Lora (Alfred) Ireland.

Mrs. Potter is survived by one sister: Carol Crislip and her husband Albert of Weston and three children: Richard Potter of Temple, TX, Andrew Potter and his wife Jean of Weston and Jerry Potter of Auckland, New Zealand. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Lisa Potter-Farrell, Allen Potter, Andrew Potter, II, Amanda Potter, Eric Potter, Ira Potter as well as several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her ex-husband: Walter Potter, a sister: Euleta Jones, a brother: James Ireland, two sons: Dana and Steven Potter and one daughter-in-law: Dee Potter.

Mrs. Potter was a Health Service Technician at the Weston State Hospital and retired in 1988 with 27 years of service. In her spare time she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading, baking and gardening.
